Toe truck dismantled to fitcontainer saving cost
Saloon car to Tahiti
Let’s give you more details on these shipments. The John Deere ‘Gator’ units were collected in Los Angeles in June 2023 and brought to our warehouse for careful packing for despatch in our consolidation 40ft box which had 16 additional shipments loaded for Papeete, French Polynesia.Once cleared, the Gators were shipped to the remote island of Tahiti where the importer uses it for delivering food to his customers. The units are now actively engaged in doing what was intended for them, and that is getting the job done!
With lateral thinking before shipping the tow truck to French Polynesia, we succeeded in saving our client 10,000 US$ on the freight costs..The dimensions called for an OOG shipment but we were able to get it fitted into a standard 40ft unit by removing the tyres and bumper so that the unit fitted in just nicely, and the tow truck was safely delivered to its final destination in French Polynesia This confirms our commitment to our valued clients by ensuring that we exhaustively look at the best way to get things done and live up to our promise to our clients.
The Saloon car was carefully loaded at our warehouse facility in a 40ft container and shipped to Tahiti.
